可以给的理由是The salary is one of the important criteria for choose a job.With money people can buy the things they want,and this will motivate people to work harder and make achievements in their job.
2.如果选择a job that allows for achievements：
可以给的理由是People will be motivated to work hard since they enjoy this job,and they will be promoted as they make more achievements.Eventually,they will make more money.

4What’s the difference between men and women’s preference on cars?
I think men tend to care more about whether a car is fun to drive,and they prefer cars that look sportierand go faster.Personally speaking,I know tons of guys who are crazy about cars that look and soundlike race-cars.When it comes to women,I think they focus on cars that are more practical and willlast in the long-term because they’re more interested in affordability and safety.
托福口语回答时需要注意涉以下几点开提升自信心：
语言的输出正确无误
我们在备考口语和写作的时候，需要把自己所说的内容写下来并纠正其中的单词语法错误，并进行积累。标化考试

按照给定的题目，分别给出陈述的原因、理由和例证，运用相应的逻辑连词，让口语表达有效且清晰。
内容完整流畅
在临场考试时要想做到侃侃而谈，这就需要前期大量的语料积累，充分的理解和反复的练习。
另一方面，我们需要在内容表达上，适当的加一些重音、停顿和重读，匀速的所要表达的内容清晰的表达出来。
